Meet Our Staff

Erica DePalma, MSN, FNP-BC

Erica DePalma, MSN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases.

She graduated with an associate degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008 and had practiced as a critical care registered nurse since that time. She continued her education at Immaculate University where she was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2014. She matriculated in Thomas Jefferson University’s family nurse practitioner program in 2016 where she received her master’s degree in nursing. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Erica is passionate about learning and teaching, which is why endocrinology is her choice of specialties. With the ever-changing world of medicine especially in diabetes and other metabolic disorders, she is consistently striving to learn new technologies and treatments, to teach her patients what they need to know to manage their disease and improve their health and lifestyle. She is patient oriented and places patient care first and foremost.

Beth Kelly, Office Manager

As our office manager, Beth oversees all of the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. Beth is a member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM) through which she keeps up-to-date on all aspects of running a medical office.

Beth began working for Dr. Schorr as a Medical Secretary in 2002. After 10 years in that role, she was promoted to her current position of Office Manager.

Prior to working at the practice, Beth was employed for 25 years as a Medical Assistant and Medical Secretary at a family medical practice in Philadelphia.

She is a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School and The Delaware Valley Medical Assistant School, both of which are in Philadelphia. She is also trained as a phlebotomist.

Beth is happily married, with two adult children, two grandsons. She enjoys traveling, home remodeling projects, playing Scrabble, and getting together with friends.
